Shannon - When we came up with the photo list, we just did the topics randomly. We should have looked through it more, so that we wouldn't have 2 similar weeks right next to each other. Oh well. Anyway, I decided to take a picture with the kids in front of our new car this week. Yes, we finally bought a car. When we moved here, we didn't think we would need a car, we had thought that public transportation would be all that we needed. We quickly discovered that it was much more difficult to get around without a car. After some saving, we finally bought a really cheap car. Actually, we will pay more in taxes and insurance throughout the year than we paid to buy the car. But, we only need it for 2 years. So, hopefully it'll be enough to get us around. We have LOVED it so far! So now, instead of spending 3 hours traveling to and from church on Sundays, it's only about 40-50 minutes! Life is good. And of course, look at our cute kids. They love the car too. And the SUN. The past few months have been so dark and dreary. But this week, we've had like 3 sunny days in a row. It's great!
